Terms of Sale and Use

These terms govern the standard, self-service purchase and use of AI Fullstack Indie Architect. The checkout page identifies the seller or merchant of record, price, currency, taxes, and the purchased tier. No consulting, custom implementation, guaranteed business result, uptime guarantee, or legal, tax, security, or financial advice is included.

The buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable entitlement for the number of seats shown at checkout. The buyer may use the asset to create commercial outputs, but may not resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute the source asset, release package, signing material, or license key. Account and license sharing beyond the purchased seat count is prohibited.

The software and guidance are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Buyers remain responsible for reviewing generated code, securing their own systems and credentials, testing deployments, complying with provider terms, and validating laws applicable to their business. Statements about time, cost, or architecture are working constraints, not guaranteed outcomes.

Refund eligibility follows the refund policy displayed before purchase and any mandatory consumer rights. Licenses may be suspended or revoked for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, prohibited redistribution, or material breach. Privacy handling is described in the privacy notice. If provider checkout terms conflict with these terms on payment processing or mandatory consumer rights, the provider terms and applicable law control for that issue.
